Once you place an order, you will be contacted via email for details regarding your ticket. Please note, tickets will not print or ship until design is approved by customer. Communication will be via email, so please check all mailboxes.
PAPER COLOR CHOICES:
White - Bright Yellow - Gold - Orange - Teal - Blue - Lime - Gray - Bright Pink - Red - Purple
(Note: due to increase cost in colored card stock, I have a limited quantity on hand of purple, teal and bright pink, please allow extra time if you are in need of these colors)
PROOFS:
Proof will be emailed within two days after details are finalized. There will absolutely be no proof generated until order has been placed.
PRINTING:
One side, black ink only.
PROCESSSING TIME:
Allow 3 days from approval of artwork to ship date.

GUARANTEES & REPLACEMENTS:
In the event your tickets arrive unusable, Lizard Creek Design Co. will reprint/replace. Guarantee is void if the product is damaged due to buyer abuse/misuse.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: Purchaser guarantees that all shipping information is correct. Refunds will not be granted on orders with improper shipping info that delays the post office from delivering.
REFUNDS: Full refund on any ordered cancelled prior to art approval.
